Phil Pendlebury
Founder & CEO, Everything Creative

Everything Creative was established in 1990 by Founder and CEO Phil Pendlebury with a clear directive: to provide creative talent with the ideas, tools, and expertise required to finish the job, fast and to brief.

With a career spanning over three decades, Phil sits at the unique intersection of high-level artistic production and rigorous technical architecture. On the creative side, he has applied his critical "eyes and ears" to projects for some of the world’s most recognised artists and brands. His portfolio includes work with industry giants such as Ministry Of Sound, All Around The World, EMI, and Universal Audio, as well as artists including Chaka Khan, Lady Gaga, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Erasure, and The Pet Shop Boys.

Beyond the studio, Phil is deeply embedded in the technical landscape of computing and IT. He offers specialist consulting and tutorial courses that bridge the gap between creative concepts and digital reality. His technical skillset extends to software development and coding (including Python, C#, and Visual Studio), web development with WordPress, and complex business system implementations.

Recently, Phil has focused heavily on Artificial Intelligence strategy, helping businesses navigate the practical application of LLMs, SLMs, and other tools. Whether optimising audio workflows with advanced processing techniques or automating business logic through APIs, Phil’s approach ensures that a client's idea is taken securely from conception to a fully published masterpiece.

Based in Dubai, Phil continues to drive Everything Creative forward, combining established industry experience with cutting-edge technical direction.
